Current occupation

Im'a Trainer and cosultant in the filed of Youth Policy and Voluntarism. My job consist in design and deliver learning programs, creating workshops, seminars and training sessions for young people in a variety of subject areas. My role is to help participants develop new skills or knowledge that will benefit them in their personal and professional lives.

Work experience

For the Training and Evaluation activities of the European Solidarity Corps Program, I work with the Italian National Youth Agency and the Salto Western Balkans trainer pool. I run on arrival training, mid-term evaluation, annual event and training of youth workers and mentors.
I was hired to work on the creation of a digital and blended mobility program for ESC volunteer training, the creation of a mentor training program, and to increase capacity for the quality label for NGOs.

I have conducted in-person and online training on the subjects of volunteering and young people's involvement in the development of intercultural and employability activities.

Im a trainer with 20 years experience and since the very beginning i believe in the power of non formal education.
I have wealth of knowledge and expertise in designing and delivering effective non formal education programs.
During this time, I discovered the value of tailoring programs to the particular needs of young people, the value of experiential learning for the development of practical skills and the acquisition of real-world experience, and the positive influence we can have on the community when pursuing goals.
