Education: My academic pursuits at Panteion University and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens have equipped me with foundational knowledge in political sciences, public administration, and the methodology and application of social policy. These degrees have provided me with critical thinking skills, theoretical frameworks, and practical tolos necessary for my career in the social sphere.

Vocational Training: My vocational training in adult education and tango dance has enhanced my skill set in different areas. Training as an adult trainer has improved my ability to communicate effectively and facilitate learning experiences. Additionally, my professional tango training has contributed to my physical coordination, artistic expression, and interpersonal skills.

Erasmus+ Training Courses: Participation in various Erasmus+ training courses has exposed me to diverse topics. These experiences have broadened my perspective, enriched my understanding of societal issues, and equipped me with practical tools and methodologies for addressing them. Moreover, they have facilitated cross-cultural exchange and networking, enhancing my adaptability and intercultural competence.
