B.R.I.D.G.E, Training Course, September 2025
Weicherdange, Luxembourg

Single handedly facilitating an 8-day international youth exchange using folktales and storytelling to explore social inclusion, empathy, and intercultural understanding. Guiding participatory workshops and creative sessions that support young people in transforming folktales into contemporary narratives and digital campaigns. Coordinating reflection spaces and non-formal learning activities to enhance self-awareness, teamwork, and peer learning. Supporting national groups in developing and delivering their own folktale-based workshops.

ClimAbility, Training Course, December 2024
Antalya, Turkey

Coordinated the 7-day rock climbing program designed to enhance participants’ physical and mental well-being through teamwork, trust-building, and confidence-strengthening activities. Oversaw daily flow and logistics, managed collaboration between trainers and participants, and ensured safe and effective use of climbing equipment. Hosted by Blue Sky in Geyikbayırı, one of Turkey’s leading rock-climbing areas.

Humor is Serious Business, Training Course, October 2024
Dublin, Ireland
Designed and facilitated a multi-day programme using clowning, improvisation, physical theatre, and storytelling to develop participants’
self-awareness, creativity, and collaborative skills. Led sessions such as “Clowning,” “Intro to Performing,” “Humour Hunt,” and “Shadow Play,” guiding participants through exercises that explored emotions, non-verbal communication, and play as tools for personal growth and community engagement. Structured debriefings to help participants connect their learning to their own youth and community work.

AI in The Job Market, Interactive Workshop, May 2024

Designed and facilitated interactive online workshops on using artificial intelligence tools to research, analyse and respond to the job
market. Guided participants in practical exercises on AI-assisted job search strategies, skills-gap analysis, and tailoring applications. Supported participants in critically evaluating AI outputs and integrating them into their career development plans.

It’s Up To Me - 8th Edition, Long Term Training Course 2023
Bremen, Germany

Shadow Trainer in a one-year, long-term training course on developing effective trainers for youth work. Assisted a team of four experienced trainers while facilitating my own sessions on workshop design, authentic training styles, teamwork and responsibility. Supported participants in building facilitation skills, reflecting on their learning process, and applying non-formal education methods to their own youth
work practice.

EU Youth Event, European Parliament by Public Sector Marketing Institute, 2023
Brussels, Belgium

Facilitated a large-scale youth event more than 200 participants at the European Parliament, organized by the Public Sector Marketing Institute. Guided discussions and interactive sessions focused on identifying key challenges faced by EU youth and collaboratively developing practical solutions. Supported participants in articulating their perspectives, fostering constructive dialogue, and connecting their ideas to policy-relevant contexts.

R.I.S.E Intercultural Competence Training, May 2023

Supporting participants in exploring their own and others’ cultural stereotypes and biases through guided reflection and group exercises. I assisted in designing and implementing educational activities for heterogeneous groups, fostering collaborative learning and effective intercultural teamwork. Throughout the training, I contributed to the exchange of best practices, helped expand professional networks, and encouraged the practical application of intercultural competence frameworks based on ETS trainer competence models.

An Information Art Initiative Bridging Cultural and Religious Communities in Turkey, Long Term Project, 2023

Designed and facilitated Technical Workshops and Skill-Building Sessions as Storytelling Specialist, focusing on enhancing participants’ technical competencies in digital design tools and storytelling methods. Guided artists through hands-on exercises and structured sessions that strengthened their ability to translate complex data into narrative forms, critically analyze their own artistic work, and apply data-driven insights creatively. Supported participants in developing independent problem-solving skills, technical confidence, and reflective practices, enabling them to integrate digital and analytical approaches effectively into their storytelling projects.

Writer and facilitator for a youth exchange project focused on the wellbeing of young people. Designed and led sessions that helped
participants explore emotional regulation, self-care, and resilience, while co-creating practical tools and strategies to support personal and
collective wellbeing. Guided reflective exercises and collaborative activities to strengthen participants’ awareness, interpersonal skills, and
capacity to apply learning in their own communities.

Digital Storytelling Training, Youth Refugee Support Program, 2021
Istanbul, Turkey

Facilitated a digital storytelling training for young refugees, focusing on sexual health awareness. Designed and led workshops that built participants’ skills in storytelling and scriptwriting, guiding them to develop animated scripts centered on key sexual health topics. Supported hands-on exercises and collaborative sessions that encouraged creative expression, critical thinking, and peer feedback. Helped participants connect their narratives to broader social and personal contexts, culminating in professionally animated versions of their scripts produced by a partner studio.

Creativity Festival Artist Residency, 2025
Sintra, Portugal

Creative Community Manager for the festival, contributing to the development of a collaborative and supportive artistic environment. Responsibilities included coordinating participating artists, facilitating creative exchanges, and shaping the overall atmosphere of the event. Presented Mutant, a physical theatre performance exploring layers of identity through movement, shadow play and experimental sound. Developed the costume and light design, as well as the narrative structure and storytelling approach.

Beyond Music Art, 2025
Babadağ, Turkey

Facilitated sessions in the Beyond Music Art festival in Babadağ, contributing to the creation of an experimental artistic playground where new techniques were tested, combined and transformed through collaborative practice. Developed and explored interdisciplinary methods in real time, engaging with artists from diverse backgrounds to shape an evolving, process-oriented creative environment

Performative Journey 2021- 2022
Antalya, Turkey
A 1 year project developed by MitOst (Germany), Culture Routes Society (Turkey), Tirana Ekspres (Albania) and Art Society Open Studio (Poland) in collaboration with Paths of Greece. The project's objective is to contribute to the sustainable management of the Via Eurasia led by civil society and promoting a diversity of cultural expressions. Throughout the year, field trips, participatory workshops, showcasing performances and creation of soundscapes in cultural heritage sites in the surroundings of Antalya, Thessaloniki, and Tirana as well as a final presentation to a wider audience took place in Berlin.

Acted as both artist and facilitator in a cross-cultural, community-centered art initiative organized by MUDEM and RSC.
