Work experience

I'm a freelance facilitator and trainer, in the field of Non-Formal Education cooperation with different organizations from all over Europe and its beyond. I've designed many learning programs, educational mobilities, and non-formal sessions in the field of Erasmus+ and other funding programs. As a trainer, I have focused on ;

I have organized, facilitated, and joined different activities and projects as a trainer for more than 50 European-funded projects. The details and references can be provided upon request. General information can be found in the annex of the CV.

Task and Responsibilities;

As a project coordinator, my responsibility is for the daily implementation and management of ongoing funded projects, including the facilitation of further spin-off projects as part of the project activity dissemination, communication, and exploitation/replication activities.

Ensuring for additional funding opportunities and correct implementation of EU projects for the organization;
Consulting teams for project proposals on the field of training, sport, youth, and education;
Mentoring Youth for the EU funded programs, in terms of Erasmus+ and ESC
Organizing and delivering workshops on Non-Formal Education collaboration with the local stakeholders, UNCHR, Youth, and Sports Ministry.
Contributing research on Civil Society, conduct training and seminar using Non-Formal Education as a Trainer
Reporting step of the implementation of the project from beginning to the report phase to the Executive Board.
I was playing a pivotal liaison role with internal and external stakeholders, spanning all sectors across the 5-year strategic plan towards 2023 targets and how the organization can influence their achievement.

– For EXISTING EU and Local Projects:

Monitoring the overall progress regarding milestones and deliverables;
Operationalization and timing of all activities in the project;
Preparation of the technical interim and final reports.
– For NEWLY DEVELOPED projects:

Networking across EU funding sector;
Developing partnerships for proposals;
Strategic work with the organization and the regional partners to secure project funding from the EU to support the delivery of the 10-year strategic goals.
