Work experience

In my current role at the Nicosia Multifunctional Municipal Center, I coordinate projects and develop training initiatives focused on employability, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. I design and facilitate workshops, career guidance sessions, and community-based learning activities, supporting diverse groups—including young people, adults in transition, and vulnerable populations—to build competences and access opportunities.

Alongside this, I work as a freelance career counsellor and trainer, delivering individual and group coaching, as well as experiential workshops that integrate personal development and wellbeing practices. My work often combines coaching tools, non-formal education methods, and reflective approaches to support participants in navigating career and life transitions.

Previously, I have been involved in the implementation of European projects, coordinating international trainings, supporting volunteers and participants, and contributing to the design of online and in-person learning experiences. My focus remains on creating inclusive, human-centred learning environments that foster active participation, self-awareness, and social impact.

Educational pathway

My formal educational background includes a Master’s degree in Counselling, a certificate in coaching, certification as a yoga teacher, and ongoing PhD studies in Education and Social Justice. This combination has been essential in shaping an integrated approach to learning that connects cognitive, emotional, embodied, and critical perspectives on development. These studies have provided me with strong theoretical foundations in human behaviour, learning processes, and social transformation, which I actively apply in my training practice.

Equally important are my non-formal learning experiences through European projects, international trainings, and my work in youth and adult education contexts. Facilitating workshops, coordinating learning activities in EU projects, and working with diverse groups have deeply influenced my understanding of experiential, participatory, and learner-centred approaches. These experiences have helped me move beyond traditional education models and develop a facilitative practice grounded in reflection, inclusion, and collaboration.
