Work experience

I have been working as an animator and facilitator, designing programs, activities, and exercises on inclusion, interculturality, inclusive cooking, volunteer support, and the prevention of gender-based violence. I develop and adapt pedagogical materials, including guides, presentations, and interactive resources, and lead workshops that foster engagement and co-construction of knowledge. Previously, I coordinated volunteer hosting sites, including European Solidarity Corps and civic service volunteers, overseeing logistics, teams, and daily operations. I also facilitated intercultural and social activities, as well as preparation and follow-up sessions for volunteers. Moving forward, I aim to create trainings focused on inclusive practices, accessibility, intersectionality, and participatory learning.

Educational pathway

I studied Sociology in Czechia, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding social dynamics and group interactions. I have also completed several non-formal trainings in collective intelligence, visual facilitation, ecological and collective cooking, supporting food access for vulnerable people, non-violent communication, and inclusive, intersectional approaches. These experiences have been essential in shaping my approach to designing and delivering participatory, inclusive, and engaging training programs.
