TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/AlessandroNicotera/
I am an expert trainer in fields such as environment and sustainability , entrepreneurship , employment, human rights (european activist of No Hate Speech Movement of Council of Europe) and structured dialogue. I work in the youth field since 10 years, firstly as participant in YiA and now as trainer in Erasmus+ projects.I try to be serious and funny at the same time especially during training in order to keep the control of the participants but at the same time leave a good memory of myself.
Alessandro Nicotera has 4 references for past work as a trainer.
Youth Worker, Trainer, Project manager
Trainer in the following projects in the program Erasmus plus:
Name, KA, Place and Date, Topic
-"Discover then defend It", KA1, Torrioni 12th - 20th July 2015, environment

I belive that non-formal education, along with the informal, are the most effective tools in promoting and enhancing personal skills as would contribute greatly to the definition of the professional profile of a person. My experience in this field has allowed me to see how much better and more in depth you can reach with these methodologies, especially with younger people.
