Description of the tool

This project book is a practical methodological guide developed during the Erasmus+ training course “Youth for Impact”, implemented in Stepanavan, Armenia.

It documents the non-formal education learning journey of participants and presents a structured overview of activities, workshops, and methods used throughout the training.

The publication includes sessions on social entrepreneurship, competence development, experiential learning, and project creation. Participants explored how innovative social business models can address community challenges and contribute to sustainable social change.

The book presents real examples of activities such as team-building exercises, critical thinking methods, Social Business Model Canvas, and Open Space Technology, where participants developed new project ideas and collaborations.

Learning outcomes include:
-improved understanding of social entrepreneurship
-ability to apply non-formal education methods in youth work
-strengthened facilitation and communication skills
-enhanced capacity to support youth in developing social impact ideas

The project book serves both as documentation of the training process and as a practical resource for replication in different educational and youth work contexts.
