“YEG - Training Guide on Youth Entrepreneurship” It aims to promote youth entrepreneurship through innovative education, training, and multidisciplinary approaches, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and activities among young people.
The Training Guide on Youth Entrepreneurship aims to provide a valuable solution to youth unemployment by developing specialized pathways for increasing entrepreneurial abilities and fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and capacities among young people. Specifically, the guide aims to:
- Promote entrepreneurial ideas through extra-curricular activities and courses
- Incorporate innovative approaches towards entrepreneurship in education
- Encourage youth participation in entrepreneurial education
- Showcase the benefits of multidisciplinary and multi-professional educational approaches
Training Guide on Youth Entrepreneurship is designed to improve the entrepreneurial education and skills of young people with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to promote youth entrepreneurship and empower young people to realize their entrepreneurial potential.
Through a combination of theoretical materials, practical exercises, and European resources, this guide offers innovative strategies and methodologies for cultivating entrepreneurial mindsets among young people. The Guide covers topics such as leadership and people management, sustainability, organizational learning and continuous learning, financial management and business models; innovation, creativity and the valuing idea process as well as networking and marketing. From promoting entrepreneurial ideas to demonstrating the benefits of multidisciplinary educational approaches, each section provides valuable insights and actionable steps for youth and this guide serves as a roadmap for fostering a new generation of innovative and resilient entrepreneurs.
