“Charge Your Batteries” is an interactive and experiential (90 min) workshop designed to help young people (15-30) become more aware of their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Through a gamified format, participants explore various coping strategies, experience them firsthand, and reflect on their effectiveness. The workshop uses body movement, mindfulness, creative writing, and group reflection to support participants in identifying personal ways to manage stress and recharge their energy.
The session is structured around three themed stations — mind, body, and heart — where participants are guided by chance (dice rolls) to try different activities. A symbolic 'battery' helps them track changes in their energy levels, encouraging self-awareness and conscious self-regulation. The closing reflection deepens learning and promotes peer inspiration by sharing everyday coping tools.
