Workshop material for learning about virtual teams and main tools for it

Aims of the tool

To introduce participants with core principles of virtual teams work.
To introduce participants with core virtual team tools which they can apply in practice

Description of the tool

Workshop consists of two parts.
During first theorical part participants get introduced to the virtual teams concept and its role in enhancing remote teamwork.
Participants get introduced and learn about opportunities and core functions of most popular virtual teamwork tools:
Microsoft Teams
Asana
Trello
Slack

Further goes 2nd practical (virtual teamwork simulation excersice) part during which participants divide into teams of 5-6 people, are assigned one virtual team tool to use and by using it they are creating a plan for a virtual conference on sustainability.
