Divided into three main sections—Pre-departure, During Mobility, and After Mobility—it covers topics from selecting the right project and managing cultural adaptation to handling homesickness and exploring post-program opportunities.
Each podcast episode combines practical tips with emotional insights to help volunteers build skills in emotional intelligence, resilience, and cultural awareness.
