A practical training manual developed for the Give a Chance Programme, offering tools, methods and non-formal learning activities to support youth workers and young people in social entrepreneurship and glocal community action.

Aims of the tool

To strengthen young people’s social entrepreneurship skills, support them in creating local community impact, and provide youth workers with practical tools and methods to deliver effective glocal youth work within the Euro-Med region.

Description of the tool

Learning Outcomes

Participants using this tool will be able to:
Identify social issues in their local context and connect them to global challenges.
Develop basic social entrepreneurship ideas and project plans.
Apply non-formal learning methods to teamwork, problem-solving and creative thinking.
Understand the principles of glocalization and their relevance to community action.
Gain confidence in planning and implementing small-scale social impact initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with peers, mentors, and youth workers across cultures.
