The Resilient Regeneration Toolkit compiles the outcomes, practices, and collective learning processes developed during the training “Resilient Regeneration: Ecosystems, Bodies & Wellbeing.”
It presents a framework based on the principles of regeneration, resilience, and regulation, offering practical guidance to facilitate experiential learning in nature, embodied reflection, and artistic expression.
Inside, users will find activity guides, reflection tools, and creative exercises from eco-somatic walks and theatre forum to emotional regulation practices and collective artistic labs.
The toolkit encourages self-reflection, collaboration, and creativity as pathways for nurturing personal and social wellbeing, ecological awareness, and sustainable transformation.
