Communication Dynamics: Analyzing how information and power flow within a team.
The Emotional Compass: Tools for navigating and understanding emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Process Work: Deep-democracy techniques to explore personal and organizational identity.
Sociocracy: The principles of horizontal governance and decision-making by consent.
7 Practical Activities:
Abstract drawing & back-to-back communication: An exercise to enhance active listening and clarity.
Embodying the 4 leader archetypes: A somatic approach to discovering different leadership styles.
Re-moving debate: A physical methodology to transform sterile arguments into productive dialogue.
Inner critic puppet: A creative tool to externalize and manage self-sabotaging thoughts.
Theatre of my life – The Smurfs: A playful yet profound exploration of internal roles (Inner Sociocracy).
Sociocratic election simulation: A step-by-step guide to practicing transparent, consent-based elections.
Final sharing circle – The web of connections: A ritual to visualize group interdependency and close the learning process.
