The training program is new approach on how to use humour in the classroom, considering all specificities of these institutions.
Aims of the tool
The goal is to prepare training for teachers on how to use humour in the classroom. The aim of education is to introduce good practices to teachers that they can implement in their schools. All the contents is adjusted so that teachers will be able to use them in the classroom immediately.
Our innovative HUMOUR Teacher Training, will first fulfil the needs of the teachers, where they will gain the knowledge and active skills on how to motivate students by implementing humorous content. They will also learn how to use our methodology for transferring it later onto students and advance skills using the didactic method that follows a consistent scientific approach or educational style to present information.
Description of the tool
The training program is new approach on how to use humour in the classroom, considering all specificities of these institutions – training for teachers – which includes thematic educational (course) training of teachers for their professional development, implementation of new ideas by using the Manual of good practices. Each practice in the Manual is explained in detail (the material and the place needed for the implementation, the procedure of the implementation and the expected results). Creating comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions will not burden teachers, as resources are at their fingertips The HUMOUR training for teachers is innovative in its unique modern approach, making transferring knowledge and information in a step by step structure making it easy to learn and less time-consuming. One of the priorities is educating supporting teachers, giving them tools, with which they will improve or learn skills and techniques in less time, not adding extra load on the teachers profession.
Transferability potential:
Because our HUMOUR training method is so easy to use, it can be used internationally or worldwide because of its modular aspects, and knowing that using humorous content can be useful for improving students motivation and involvement in the overall classroom activities.
