This guidelines on inclusion and accessibility for trainers and facilitators are one of the intellectual outcomes of the KA2 project "The Big Thing"
To rise awareness on trainers and facilitators about the specific needs of participants and trainers with diverse abilities in non formal education frameworks.
To promote a more accessible learning experiences for those with diverse abilities without facing exclusion and discrimination.
This guidelines on inclusion and accessibility for trainers and facilitators are one of the intellectual outcomes of the KA2 project "The Big Thing".
This outcomes are the result of a long term, multiphase training of trainers for people with diverse abilities.
In this document trainers and facilitators will find easy to follow instructions, in order to make sure that the needed accessibility measures are taken into account when creating a learning experience for participants and trainers with diverse abilities.
