This Self-Help Workbook for Climate Anxiety and Emotions offers practical techniques aimed at improving individual and social well-being. This workbook can be used as part of the support groups or as a stand alone resource.
This workbook has been created to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore and navigate these feelings. It is a self-paced resource designed specifically for young individuals who are seeking ways to care for themselves, others, and nature in these climate-chaotic times. This Self-Help Workbook for Climate Anxiety and Emotions offers practical techniques aimed at improving individual and social well-being. It can be used as a standalone resource or as part of a support group, making it a versatile tool for those wishing to better understand and process their emotions. Co-designed by affected youth, youth workers, and mental health professionals, this workbook is a collaborative effort that reflects the lived experiences and expert insights of those who are also directly facing the challenges of climate emotions.
