Manual
This handbook consists of interactive activities on communication, well-being, and AI for youth workers. Created during the Erasmus+ training course Ready4YouthWork to build key competences through experiential learning.
The handbook aims to share good practices and activities created during the Ready4YouthWork project that help young people and youth workers develop skills in communication, well-being, and understanding the role of AI in today’s world.
The Ready4YouthWork Activity Handbook is a collection of experiential learning activities developed during the Erasmus+ training course Ready4YouthWork. It focuses on three essential areas for youth and youth workers — communication, well-being, and understanding the role of AI. Each activity includes step-by-step guidance, learning objectives, and reflection questions to promote both personal growth and professional development. The handbook can be used in workshops, trainings, or local youth activities and is designed to inspire meaningful learning through play, creativity, and dialogue.
