Simulation Exercise, Group Division
"What kind of entrepreneur are you?" is a quiz developed and applied within the Training Course of the project RISE- Research and Inclusion for Sustainable Employability, funded through Erasmus+, focused on the entrepreneurship kind of activities.
The aim of this tool is to offer a wider perspective to the participants, about their own entrepreneurial character, based on their own answers of the quiz. In the same time, is a great tool to divide a group according to their characteristics, and to create a dynamic activity.
This tool is great for giving a personal touch inside that they learned a bit more about themselves - and after that they can integrate even better inside a team.
This link will lead you to the website of the quiz, and after that, to the results: http://quiz.x10host.com/Angie-Quiz/index2.html
How it works?
-The link is opening with the first window, where you have to write your name.
-Then is followed by 14 simple questions, designed as to represent a bit of each of the 7 types of entrepreneurs. Just choose the answers and click next.
-When the quiz is ending, you can submit it by pressing on the little plane.
-You confirm submission, and you can see the results already!
The results are presented in an interactive way, as we used graphics, representative images and written description as well.
Tip: You can erase all the results database by choosing "Reset quiz data".
I used this tool after I presented how a business plan is made. After everyone made the quiz, I printed the results and spread them-the feedback was good. This way, I could mix them in groups so I can have equilibrium in what concerns initiative spirit or control behavior. After mixing them in groups, they had to realize a business plan.
