Simulation Exercise
This is a fantasy role-playing game based on storytelling (In a Dungeons and Dragons style) that puts participants in situations where they need to negotiate with each other and make compromises.
-To be better at conflict-solving.
-To generate a tool that can help young people/entrepreneurs to be better partners and help resolve problems in a human manner.
-To make communication smoother.
-To be able to make compromises.
-To lose the fear of conflicts.
-To not use gossiping feedback, rather try to communicate directly.
-To stop using a passive-aggressive tone.
-To help make sense of compromises.
-To develop good rhetoric for debating.
-To change negative partner images and attributional mistakes.
The main context for this tool is to help young people/entrepreneurs with their problems about general conflicts in communities and in the workplace, for those who just got into these organizations. The main problem for them is that during their life conflicts are not resolved, and they don’t think about compromises, because they have been living in an oppressed environment. They mainly get thought to not have arguments, and to not question the people in their life, but especially not the people who are higher than them in the hierarchy.
