Aims of the tool

To use podcasting and storytelling methodology for youth training.

Description of the tool

The name of the project is “Podcast your school” and it was designed with a goal to present podcasting as a teaching and learning tool, especially for young people.

1. The main result of the project is definitely our free e-learning course, from which you can learn all the important information about podcasting methods and their possible implementation in teaching.

The course can be found on the project website www.podcast-your-school.eu and also on the YouTube channel.

There are 10 video lessons (up to 10 minutes long each) in English. There are also subtitles and transcripts in Polish, Danish, Italian, Greek and Portuguese to download. Each lesson is accompanied with Teachers’ Guide on how to facilitate, run and assess the topic.

3. As the final result of the course, we present the guidelines on “How to podcast your school”, where teachers from Portugal, Poland and Greece share their experiences and tips for podcasting with you and some of our students’ works present on the YouTube channel and linked to the website.
