The PLAYADR Toolkit is designed to support youth workers in teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) concepts through innovative and engaging methods. It incorporates games, role-plays, and educational activities to foster understanding and practical application of key ADR principles, such as conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, and Non-Violent Communication.
