A short description of phototherapy, a discipline within mental health which uses photography to help clients coming to terms with any problems they might have. In its lighter version it’s a tool for self exploration and self-discovery.

Aims of the tool

To encourage youth workers towards use of phototherapy as a useful tool for their communication with young people.

Description of the tool

The manual shows many different phototherapy techniques, many exemples about use of phototherapy with disability and youth, and the training that took place in Viterbo during the training course (action 4.3 "youth in action programme") "FINDING YOUR IDENTITY - phototherapy training course for youth workers".
