A practical toolkit for youth workers, educators, and young people to explore environmental education through non-formal, experiential activities that reconnect participants with nature.
To raise environmental awareness, promote sustainable behaviors, and empower young people to actively contribute to a more responsible and eco-friendly future.
The NaturAmbience Toolkit is a hands-on educational resource designed for youth workers, educators, and young people to explore environmental education through non-formal, experiential, and nature-based learning. Created during the NaturAmbience international training course (1–7 April 2026, Spain), it brings together a wide range of interactive workshops, outdoor activities, energizers, discussions, and reflection methods.
The toolkit addresses key environmental topics such as human impact on nature, biodiversity, resource management, climate change, and sustainability across European contexts. Activities encourage critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, emotional engagement, and sensory connection with nature. By combining practical action, artistic expression, dialogue, and adventure education, the toolkit aims to reconnect participants with the natural world and inspire individual and collective responsibility. Adaptable to different groups and settings, it supports youth empowerment and active participation in building a more sustainable future.
