Energiser, Name Game/Get to know each other
Remember each others names
* Participants stand in a circle and the trainer throws a ball to one person calling his/her name. This person throws to the next one and so on untill everybody has received the ball once and the circle is completed. Then start over again and involve more and more balls. While using balloons – people call the name as they hit the balloon into the air.

The Ball is essential tool, if you do something on Inclusion Through Sports. Especially when participants are wearing sport uniforms of the favourite sport club at the welcome evening.
