The "Product - Procedure - People" model offers a lens for viewing groups or individuals at work on a task. This model is often used when working with socially disadvantaged youngsters in outdoor activities, but can be translated to other kind of activities.

Description of the tool

This model for group development contains a model which is commonly used in describing groups and organisational behaviour. The model distinguished three aspects or orientations in group and organisational activity, respectively referred to as ‘product’, ‘procedure’, and ‘process’.
