Manual
A practical toolkit for youth workers to build emotional resilience through Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Includes creative methods, grounding practices, and reflection tools to foster empathy, self-awareness, and balance in daily youth work.
The tool aims to help youth workers strengthen their emotional resilience and communication skills by integrating Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles. It supports empathy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation in youth work practice and everyday interactions.
The Manual for Emotionally Resilient Youth Work is a hands-on learning resource born from the Erasmus+ project Into Love. It introduces Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a practical framework for emotional awareness, empathy, and authentic expression. Learning outcomes:
- Understanding the key principles of NVC as a method and emotional resilience.
- Developing self-empathy and emotional regulation skills.
- Developing mediation and conflict resolution skills.
- Practising compassionate and honest communication.
- Learning to transform emotional reactions into conscious responses.
- Applying creative and reflective exercises to foster empathy and connection in youth work settings.
