This 90-minute workshop introduces young participants (ages 13–30) to the Japanese concept of Ikigai—a framework combining passion, mission, profession, and vocation to explore life purpose and career orientation. Through a custom-designed board game created by Ethos MTÜ, participants reflect on their values, strengths, and desires while engaging in group discussion and self-discovery. The session includes a short introduction to Ikigai, game play with structured questions and actions, and ends with a group reflection to connect the experience to real-life applications. The workshop encourages meaningful interaction, personal growth, and future planning.
