Language of Peace was a youth exchange in Latvia aimed at helping young people find inner balance and harmony with others by addressing conflicts, stereotypes, and the pressures of social media.

Aims of the tool

The aim of the booklet is to share the key insights, tools, and outcomes of the “Language of Peace” project, helping young people learn how to manage conflicts, strengthen emotional well-being, and promote empathy, tolerance, and inner peace in their daily lives.

Description of the tool

The Language of Peace toolkit presents the project from the participants’ perspective, capturing their experiences, reflections, and learning journey. It serves as an inspiring and practical guide for organizations that wish to design youth exchanges promoting peace, empathy, and emotional well-being. The toolkit includes methods, activities, and good practices that foster open communication, mutual understanding, and harmony among participants.
