Inclusive Career Navigation Guide is a youth-created Erasmus+ resource offering practical skills, inclusive practices, and non-formal methods to support young people, youth workers, and NGOs in navigating career paths and promoting equal opportunities.

Aims of the tool

The aim of this tool is to support young people in navigating their career paths by developing key skills, building confidence, and increasing awareness of opportunities. It also aims to promote inclusive practices in career development and provide youth workers with practical methods that can be adapted and used in their work.

Description of the tool

Learning outcomes:

Increased awareness of career development pathways and opportunities

Improved communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Enhanced confidence in self-presentation and job application processes

Better understanding of inclusion and barriers in the labour market

Ability to use non-formal education methods in career guidance

Increased motivation to engage in Erasmus+ and other opportunities
