It emphasizes the need for effective accommodations such as sign language interpreters, captioning, and assistive technologies. The QSA4Disability project aligns with these needs by developing a comprehensive framework to create inclusive apprenticeship experiences, including a toolbox, an e-space for communication, and a community of practices. The project aims to support the integration of deaf and hard of hearing people in the workforce through transnational and distance apprenticeship programs.
