HIRE-FIRE Avoinding failures in career development - Online Training Modules
This Learning Management System consists of 6 training modules, training videos, self-assessment tests and other interactive resources for career development. It could be used for self learning but it is also good for guided learning situations.
Aims of the tool
The training modules help you:
- get to know yourself better and discover your true potential,
-avoid mistakes when choosing your career path,
- navigate the job market with confidence and success.
Description of the tool
HIRE-FIRE is created for young people who are facing important career decisions. Our goal is to help you increase your chances of landing a great job – one that fits your skills and ambitions.
There are 6 training modules, each accompanied by a self-assessment quiz, short training movie, infographics and other interactive resources.
