Simulation Exercise
An open-access learning tool using digital adventures and dialogue-based coaching cards to help young people navigate conflict, prevent violence, and build peace through everyday choices in digital, social, and community spaces.
The aim of HarmonyPath is to support young people and youth workers in preventing violence and strengthening peacebuilding skills by:
Recognising subtle and everyday forms of harm,
Understanding bystander responsibility,
Practising non-violent, non-shaming responses,
Building safer and more inclusive digital and social environments.
HarmonyPath is an open-access educational tool designed for non-formal and supplementary education. It combines Digital Adventure Learning Modules with Violence Prevention Coaching Cards to support reflection, dialogue, and skill-building around everyday conflict and violence prevention.
Through realistic, scenario-based digital adventures, learners explore common situations related to online harm, exclusion, identity, bystander behaviour, and conflict escalation. Each scenario invites participants to make choices and reflect on how different responses affect safety, dignity, and belonging.
The Coaching Cards complement the digital adventures by offering prompts, questions, and action steps that deepen discussion and support emotional awareness, empathy, and shared responsibility.
