Handbook On Re-socialization In The Youth Work created by the participants of the "Let's Get Back To Physical" project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union
It aims to motivate its readers to:

- help other youth workers fight and work against the forced social isolation of the young people
- improve their gamification in the youth work
- help them learn how to create and adapt educational tools according to different target groups
This Handbook was created by the participants of the project "Let's Get Back to Physical" 2023-3-BG01-KA153-YOU-000170748, co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the EU.
It aims to motivate its readers how to participate in community activities, how to create quality digital content. as well as to help other youth workers fight and work against the forced social isolation of the young people.
It covers topics such as:
- how to reach youth who suffer from depression, FOMO, and other mental issues, related to social isolation
- how to target different audiences
- how to create high-quality educational instruments according to the Kolb Cycle of experiential learning
- how to incorporate educational games in the youth work,
-- and some insights on how the social isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic and the lack of physical activity during that time (and not only then) can impact our mental health.
Our tool aims to help those who want to restore the lost social skills of our youth and protect them from depression, and support young educators in their efforts to overcome the negative consequences of online learning, as well as prevent those consequences in similar future periods.
It shares the participants' experience throughout the project, and presents the topics covered during the course through their perspective.
