Description of the tool
Learning Outcomes
By using this tool, mentors will be able to:
Understand the core principles of mentorship and how to apply them in non-formal learning contexts.
Guide young people in developing and implementing their social entrepreneurship projects.
Support goal-setting, planning and decision-making processes for youth project teams.
Facilitate reflection, encourage self-awareness and help youth build maturity and confidence.
Identify challenges and risks, and coach young people toward finding solutions.
Provide resources, networks and knowledge relevant to the social issues youth aim to address.
Promote intercultural dialogue and cooperation among diverse groups of young people.
Strengthen youth competences such as teamwork, leadership, communication and creativity.
