The Green Superheroes Methodology Handbook for Youth Workers is a dynamic educational resource designed to support youth workers in guiding young people toward environmental consciousness and sustainable practices. Its purpose is to cultivate a "green mindset" among youth, integrating practical, hands-on activities that inspire eco-friendly behaviors and an understanding of sustainability.

The Green Superheroes Methodology Handbook for Youth Workers targets: Youth Workers in the partner countries who wish to incorporate environmental education into their daily work and promote green practices locally. This group will directly use the handbook to implement activities and foster eco-conscious behaviors among young people. NGO Employees and Managers who work with youth. These individuals are responsible for motivating youth workers to engage in environmental education and establish sustainable practices within their organizations. Educators across the EU (both formal and non-formal), who can use the handbook to integrate environmental themes into their teaching methodologies. This expands the reach of green practices to a wider range of young learners. The handbook indirectly benefits: Students and Youth involved with partner organizations, encouraging them to take part in eco-activities. Community and Government Representatives, fostering broader awareness and support for environmental initiatives on local and regional levels
