Manual
The GENIE Toolkit collects practical activities, games, and methods used during the international training course, supporting youth workers in using games, gamification, and nature-based learning to address sustainability, inclusion, and participation.
The main aim is to make the training fully replicable in different context, giving the tools and the actual day by day program implemented as well as the reasons behind it, an idea of why the topics are so relevant and includes different activities and games, including a few games that were actual output of the training
The toolkit documents activities, games, and facilitation practices developed and tested during the GENIE training course.
Rather than providing fixed models, it focuses on processes, prototypes, and reflections, offering practical guidance on how to adapt and reuse the tools in youth work settings and in another training course.
It includes:
- A context for the importance of the topics and project description
- timetable
- actual activities carried out day by day
- outcomes and developed games and activities
- Partner description for possible future collaboration
