The “From Okay to Slay” Method Collection is a practice-oriented toolkit designed for professionals working in international youth projects. It supports youth workers in shaping group processes, facilitating meaningful learning and reflection, strengthening intercultural and linguistic understanding and fostering cooperation and teamwork.

Each tool is clearly structured and includes information on target group, group size, duration, required materials and step-by-step instructions. All methods were tested, reflected on and further developed during an international seminar with youth work professionals from across Europe.
