Fair Youth Labour Label (FYLL) Toolkit
A training opportunity and a moment to raise awareness among young people and employers regarding the workers' rights and duties, regarding fair work conditions and regarding the damages of providing and accepting unfair work conditions.
Aims of the tool
The toolkit was produces in order to establish FYLL as a methodology, as a replicable way to obtain the project main results (training, awareness, community building and open conversations) in different communities. It's an opportunity to build, develop and cement communities and to discuss topics with them in an open way with all components.
Description of the tool
FYLL _ FAIR YOUTH LABOUR LABEL is a training opportunity and a moment to raise awareness among young people and employers regarding the workers' rights and duties, regarding fair work conditions and regarding the damages of providing and accepting unfair work conditions.
We produced this toolkit in order to establish FYLL as a methodology, as a replicable way to obtain the same results (training, awareness, community building and open conversations) in other communities, facing similar issues.
