The Toolkit consists of the different exercises used in the training mobility for youth workers in the project ESCAPE Gender Inequality connected to gender equality.

Provide non-formal learning activities connected to gender equality.

Description of the tool

The toolkit consists of different exercises for youth workers to use with young people when discussing the topic of gender equality and gender-based violence. It is for a basic understanding of the concept of gender equality, gender-based discrimination, stereotypes, and different kind of violence. Many of the exercises are taken from "Gender Matters" but put together in a workshop format. The training toolkit can be used together with the project's Educational Escape room manuals where youth workers can combine the different exercises with also playing the educational escape rooms developed in the project ESCAPE Gender Inequality.
