‘Edumom’ project outcomes will provide women on parental leave a chance to develop new skills without a need of significant financial
investments and long-term studying commitment. They will have a possibility to get acquired with various activities while
maintaining their family role. Our project’s website edumom.eu will make its results more accessible for women, who are living in
remoted areas with limited access to adult education and worse unemployment situation. This will empower women to feel
more confident in their career development and extend their job opportunities, including those possible online.
‘Edumom’ project will help adult educators and stakeholder organization employees develop new skills that will help them
better understand needs of women on parental leave. With a qualified help, more woman will get a chance to make changes
in their lives, which will result in better situation in women unemployment and gender inequality areas.
