This is a comprehensive booklet from the "Core Values in Youth Work" Training Course. It provides youth workers with innovative non-formal education methods to foster inclusion, empathy, and empowerment among young people.
To enhance the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of youth workers by equipping them with innovative non-formal education methods. The booklet aims to foster intercultural awareness, promote teamwork, and equip workers with the competences needed to support young people with fewer opportunities.
This booklet serves as a practical toolkit resulting from the Erasmus+ Training Course "Core Values in Youth Work". It is designed to help facilitators translate abstract concepts—such as inclusion, empathy, collaboration, and solidarity—into engaging and tangible learning experiences. It features various experiential learning methods, learning activity templates, and examples of how to integrate digital tools like Mentimeter and Padlet into youth work.
Learning outcomes: By using this booklet, users will learn how to design and facilitate inclusive youth work activities, incorporate intercultural sensitivity into their practices, and apply creative reflection tools (such as visual facilitation and storytelling) to support youth development.
