This E-booklet contains social businesses' & initiatives' ideas developed by the participants of youth exchange 'Appetite for Waste' hosted in Kaunas, Lithuania. The tool also includes the schedule and activities of the project, as well as videos created.
The main aim is to present the wider public with viable creative and sustainable solutions to tackle the problem of food waste. An emphasis is also put on educating the youth and other relevant parties about this grave issue.
This E-booklet was created by participants of youth exchange 'Appetite for Waste' hosted in Kaunas, Lithuania in Summer of 2015. It contains detailed descriptions of social businesses' & initiatives' ideas (focused on tackling food waste) developed by the youngsters. The tool also includes the schedule and activities of the project, which gives the reader an idea how did the participants come up with their plans for initiatives/businesses. Lastly, the links to videos made during the exchange are given. These were aimed at discouraging food waste.
