A workshop on authentic human connection through creative questioning, group dialogue, and deep sharing in four interactive phases.

Aims of the tool

To foster authentic human connection through curiosity and questioning. To create a safe space where people can explore meaningful topics without judgment. To help participants discover shared interests and perspectives through interactive dialogue. To encourage deep self-reflection and emotional honesty. To build community through vulnerability and active listening.

Description of the tool

This workshop structure consists of four interconnected phases designed to build progressively deeper connections:

PART 1: Brew Your Questions (15-20 mins) - Participants create 10 questions: 3 "Pick One" questions (yes/no or multiple choice), 3 "Spill the Tea" open-ended questions, 3 "But... WHY Though?" questions ending with "why" or "explain", and 1 "Brain Itch" question that is personally haunting or profound.

PART 2: Question Speed-Dating (20-30 mins) - Participants rotate in pairs or small groups, reading questions aloud. If a question resonates, they steal it and write it down. Rotations occur 2-3 times with 5-7 minutes per pairing.

PART 3: Circle Share (15-20 mins, Voluntary) - The group gathers to share questions that "blew their mind" with rules: listen like a friend (no advice), validate feelings over debate, and pass anytime. No judgment allowed.

PART 4: Deep Dive (20-30 mins, For the Brave!) - Pick 1-2 questions from circle share. Go around with responses. Golden rule: NO "I DON'T KNOW" answers - dig deeper and share authentic responses. Facilitators close with gratitude.

Learning outcomes: Participants develop deeper self-awareness, experience authentic connection through vulnerability, learn active listening skills, discover shared human interests and concerns, and practice honest self-expression in a safe community space.
