Group Building Activity
"Color Your Emotions" is an interactive tool designed to foster emotional awareness and creativity while exploring mental health concerns. It engages students and facilitators in reflective and artistic activities to identify and express emotions.
To raise emotional awareness and understanding of mental health disorders.
To provide a creative outlet for expressing emotions.
To help facilitators identify and address emotional patterns within groups.
"Color Your Emotions" consists of two decks:
Emotions Deck: Each card represents an emotion with an associated color. Students reflect on their feelings, choose corresponding colors, and create artwork to visually express and release their emotions.
Constellation Deck: Facilitators analyze the emotional data gathered from students' color selections to map emotional patterns and assess the group's mental health climate.
Participants share their artwork and reflections in a group setting, fostering a supportive environment for emotional expression and discussion.
