To equip participants with the essential skills, mindset, and practical knowledge needed to become effective international Erasmus+ youth trainers and facilitators. To help them understand how to begin, navigate common challenges (“underwater stones”), and build a foundation for long-term facilitation practice.
A complete video course covering the core competences of a youth trainer/facilitator in the context of Erasmus+ projects. The course explores how to start this role, what critical knowledge is required, and what common pitfalls and challenges one might face. Through real-world advice and reflections, participants will deepen their understanding of facilitating youth education, managing dynamics, and sustaining their practice internationally.

The course is self-paced via video modules. Total duration: approximately 15 hours of video content, plus optional reflection and action planning. Participants are encouraged to schedule time weekly and complete the pre-course exercises before applying insights to real-life facilitation settings.
