The CB YOUTH DEVMIGRA Manual – Mediation Skills for Youth Operators is a practical resource developed to support youth professionals working with young migrants and diverse communities.
The manual provides theoretical background and practical tools to help youth workers:
• Understand migration dynamics and related social challenges;
• Develop intercultural communication competences;
• Apply mediation techniques in youth settings;
• Prevent and manage conflicts in multicultural groups;
• Promote inclusion, dialogue, and social cohesion.
The resource combines conceptual frameworks with practical exercises, case studies, and activity proposals that can be implemented in non-formal education environments. It supports youth workers in strengthening their professional capacity to act as mediators, facilitators, and inclusion agents within their communities.
