The CAREer Diary is an interactive tool that guides young people through exercises to explore identity, values, talents, purpose, and work-life balance. It supports personal growth and long-term career planning with practical activities and reflection.
The CAREer Diary is designed as a practical and reflective tool to support young people in navigating their personal and professional development journey. Its main aim is to empower youth to take ownership of their career paths by offering a structured yet flexible space for self-exploration, goal-setting, and action planning.
This tool promotes personal growth, self-awareness, and long-term planning, providing not just career-oriented guidance, but also exploring essential life skills. The CAREer Diary can be used individually or in group settings, in workshops, coaching sessions, or informal learning contexts.
The CAREer Diary provides a structured and adaptable journey for young people to explore themselves and their professional aspirations through guided reflection, creative exercises, and self-assessment activities.
Organised into 8 thematic chapters, the Diary guides users in topics such as:
-Self-identity and personal beliefs
-Core values and life priorities
-Talents, competences, and interests
-Purpose discovery (Ikigai & Golden Circle models)
-Managing change and transitions
-Work-life balance and time management
-Goal-setting and long-term vision
-Personal branding and self-presentation

It is also useful for youth workers, educators, and trainers as a support tool in career-related workshops and non-formal education programs.
