BEEP: 4 positive words "Boost, Empower,Enjoy and Praise" in order to define objectives to be realized within the Euro Med framework.

Aims of the tool

This is a simple exercise to help the trainers/youth leaders see the positive aspects of their roles and define actions that can improve the output of the Youth in Action/Erasmus + program.

Description of the tool

1- Ask the participants to suggest what these words have in common. Explain that these are some of the most powerful positive word and effective goals that they should aspire to.
2- Divide the participants to 4 groups.
3-Ask each group to consider one word written on the flipchart (Boost,Empower,Enjoy or Praise) and let them identify minimum 2 SMART objectives that they can put that particular word into action within the Euro-Med framework.
4- Explain how an objective can be SMART(Specific,Measurable,Attainable,Realistic, Time limited)
Allocate 30 minutes for this part.
5-Bring everyone together and ask each group to present his paper.
Allocate 15 minutes for this part.

Variable "CLICK" : Same principles by using 5 words / 5 groups:
Communicate,Lead,Inspire,Create,and Kink.
